• Respond positively to customers by making reservations for business travelers accurately and efficiently, aiming to complete the transaction at the point of sale.
• Complete service requests and upsell related products such as car hire, hotels, and transfers.
• Make customers aware of their company travel policy and communicate this to ensure adherence.
• Complete after-call work and finalize the traveler’s itinerary.
• Ensure traveler profiles and details are accurate; build and maintain booker stars.
• Provide advice on visa, passport, and security requirements related to destinations, and confirm issuing details for each reservation.
• Recommend improvements to processes (technical or otherwise) to ensure maximum quality and efficiency; flag issues for resolution to the team leader.
• Develop a strong understanding of the corporate travel industry and the key drivers for VIP customers.
• Complete VIP traveler training to ensure 100% accuracy in handling VIP requirements.
• Actively promote the importance of preferred supplier programs.
• Follow up on new sales lead opportunities and liaise directly with customers.
• Demonstrate commitment to customers by providing unsurpassed service through understanding, anticipating, and exceeding their expectations.
• Carry out systematic and rational analysis to identify root causes of issues, make informed judgments, and anticipate/prevent recurring problems.
• Act with integrity and confidentiality while protecting sensitive information.

Requirements:
• Handle private and corporate travel bookings with precision and discretion.
• Deliver 5-star customer service for VIP clientele.
• Manage air charter requests, corporate bookings, and concierge add-ons.
• Advise customers on travel regulations and visa requirements.
• Support the sales team with inbound leads and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Minimum 2+ years of corporate travel experience (required).
• IATA certified.
• Proficient in at least one GDS (Sabre preferred).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
