JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Company:
A successful Tier 1 Main Contractor engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in industrial, commercial, residential, and hotel projects.
Position and Project:
As part of a major live building project, the company is seeking an experienced General Foreman to help lead site operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient progress of the works.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities across multiple trades to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Lead and mentor site teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaise with Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve construction and technical issues.
• Review site work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Assist in planning and allocation of resources to achieve project targets.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, client standards, and company procedures.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in main contracting, preferably 10+ years in a supervisory/foreman/site management role.• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary and package negotiable.
