JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, referrals).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored job descriptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth and timely hiring processes.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in the Bahrain job market.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficient in social media platforms for recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
