Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible identifying new business opportunities, providing technical expertise to existing customers and potential customers, work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, along with a solid understanding of mechanical products and services. The main industry segments to be covered include Oil & Gas, Power and Petrochemicals.

• Product and Service Promotion:
Promote our range of products and services for the energy industry, including Valves, Instruments, Gages, Gaskets & Seals, Expansion Joints and Hoses, and other Mechanical Equipment’s, Co-ordination with product manufacturers and keep up to date knowledge about the products represented and Prepare proposals and regular follow-up with clients.

• Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute a documented sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize financial returns for the company.

• Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while building new customer relationships.

• Market Intelligence:
Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with Sales Management.

• Customer Engagement:
Conduct daily customer visits to showcase our solutions and Provide Weekly Report and Monthly Reports.

• Proactive Initiative:
Take a proactive approach, work independently, and demonstrate initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities.
