Position Title: Treasury Manager

Job Description:
• Oversee liquidity, funding, and investment activities across both Islamic and conventional banking, ensuring compliance with CBB regulations and AAOIFI standards.
• Manage interest rate, FX, and market risks while maintaining strict adherence to Bahrain’s regulatory framework and Shari’ah governance.
• Drive Asset & Liability Management, sukuk issuance, and money market operations to optimize returns within approved risk appetite.
• Mentor treasury teams, and build strong relationships with regulators, counterparties, and internal Shari’ah/ALCO committees.
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic speakers, 35 years old and above• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; with Master’s is preferably
• At least 10 years relevant experience in banking industry with 5 years in senior treasury leadership
• Must have strong knowledge of Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations and AAOIFI standards and expert in Islamic and conventional treasury products, liquidity management, ALM, sukuk, and market risk
