Position Title: Treasury Manager

Job Description:
- Oversee liquidity, funding, and investment activities across both Islamic and conventional banking, ensuring compliance with CBB regulations and AAOIFI standards.
- Manage interest rate, FX, and market risks while maintaining strict adherence to Bahrain’s regulatory framework and Shari’ah governance.
- Drive Asset & Liability Management, sukuk issuance, and money market operations to optimize returns within approved risk appetite.
- Mentor treasury teams, and build strong relationships with regulators, counterparties, and internal Shari’ah/ALCO committees.
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic speakers, 35 years old and above- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; with Master’s is preferably
- At least 10 years relevant experience in banking industry with 5 years in senior treasury leadership
- Must have strong knowledge of Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations and AAOIFI standards and expert in Islamic and conventional treasury products, liquidity management, ALM, sukuk, and market risk

per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
