Marketing Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading energy and light systems manufacturing company who are hiring a marketing manager to be based in Cairo.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead and represent the marketing function for the company's operations in Africa.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across different platforms.
• Manage the end-user and channel marketing strategies to ensure efficient B2B and B2C go-to-market models.
• Plan and execute well-performing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and industry influencers to enhance brand credibility and expand market access.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals to drive the team to achieve and support overall marketing functions.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans, brand management, and go-to-market execution.
• In-depth understanding of the African market.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Creative thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
