JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access permissions.
• Oversee data backup, recovery, and security procedures.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate upgrades or replacements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data protection standards (GDPR).
• Provide technical support to internal users (onsite and remote).
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.• 2+ years of experience in IT system or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VMware/Hyper-V, and backup solutions.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English (B2+); German is advantageous.
Salary:
EUR
50,000 to 75,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
