JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Kinetic is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a National Sales Manager to be based in Iraq.

Responsibilities
- Executing sales strategies of the organisation.
- Developing company's sales forecasts for all products.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plan for the assigned portfolio.
- Working closely with the marketing team to determine marketing and promotion strategies.
- Coordinating between distribution partner and supply chain team.
- Controlling and reviewing expenses reports for each member of the sales team on monthly basis.
- Conducting regular reviews with customers to ensure that excellent customer service is achieved.
- Coordinating with HR in providing training for the team to improve their scientific knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Iraq from Lebanon or Jordan, but prior Iraq experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceuticals industry.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
