Job description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic spa supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a spa supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Manage and coordinate spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
- Supervise and mentor spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee guest bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Implement and maintain spa service standards and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote spa services
- Manage inventory of spa supplies and products
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new spa team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in the spa industry
- Outstanding guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, services, and industry trends
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Windows, MS Office Suite, Opera PMS, SpaSoft, and Micros
