JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in hospital or home care settings. Candidates must obtain a B2 level Italian language certificate before arrival in Italy.
Preferable Nationalities: Asians, Indians, Sri Lankans
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care in hospitals and home care environments.
• Support patient health, monitoring, and treatment as per medical standards.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold professional ethics.
Employment Terms:
• Salary: €1,600 – €2,000 net/month.
• Working Hours: 38 hours per week.
• Overtime: 20% extra per hour.
• Contract Duration: 1–3 years, renewable.
• Probation Period: 2 months.
• Benefits: Housing allowance, health insurance (family insurance not included), food allowance for double-shift overtime.
• Visa & Documentation: Costs to be covered by candidates in their home country.
• Departments: Multiple vacancies, with a strong focus on home care services.
Note: Nurses with complete documentation and certifications may start work immediately upon employer approval.
Requirements:
• Nursing Degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma)• Valid nursing license in home country
• B2 level Italian language certificate (mandatory)
Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of professional nursing experience
• Experience in hospital and/or home care settings
• Exposure to multiple departments is an advantage, especially home care services
Skills & Competencies:
• Clinical nursing skills: patient assessment, administering medications, wound care, monitoring vitals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Record-keeping and documentation skills
• Knowledge of patient safety, hygiene, and healthcare protocols
• Adaptability to work in different departments or shifts
• Time management and multitasking in high-pressure environments
Availability & Work Terms:
• Ready for immediate joining
• Accepts Italian contract terms: 38 hours/week, €1,600–2,000 net/month, overtime 20% per extra hour
• Probation period: 2 months
• Contract duration: 1–3 years, renewable

• Visa, apostille, and documentation arranged by candidate in home country
