JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Create original, customized designs for motorcycle helmets, skate gear, and street surfaces.
• Execute hand-painted or airbrushed artwork using automotive-grade paints, acrylics, or graffiti tools.
• Work with clients to understand their vision and deliver personalized artwork.
• Use safety-compliant and material-appropriate paint techniques to preserve product integrity.
• Prepare surfaces: cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, or stylists for brand-themed projects.
• Ensure consistency, durability, and high aesthetic quality across all artworks.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage paint inventory.
• Stay updated on trends in helmet art, graffiti, and street visual culture.
• Proven portfolio in helmet art, street murals, airbrushing, graffiti, or visual surface painting.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, priming, sealing, and clear coating.
• Understanding of safety regulations regarding paint materials.
Requirements:
• Background in fine arts, design, or visual communication (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).• Experience working with motorsport brands, streetwear labels, or helmet manufacturers.
• Familiarity with digital mockup tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate) is a plus.
Skills
• Strong ability to create detailed and original artwork.
• Proficiency in using tools such as airbrush guns, spray cans, and stencils.
• Expertise in cleaning, sanding, priming, and sealing surfaces for optimal paint adhesion.
• High level of precision in executing designs and maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for custom designs.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines effectively.
