About the Role
Four Leaf Contracting and Real Estate W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, subcontractors, and labor.
• Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures on site.
• Coordinate between consultants, suppliers, and the internal project team.
• Monitor project budgets, progress, and cost control measures.
• Prepare regular project reports and update senior management on progress.
• Lead site meetings and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
Salary:
BHD
900 to 1,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Compensation & Benefits • Monthly Salary: BHD 1,200 – 1,400 (depending on experience). • Free accommodation provided by the company. • Company car provided. • Medical insurance for the employee. • Other benefits as per Bahrain Labour Law.
