Position : Executive Assistant

About Company & Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating communication, and maintaining efficient collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Chairman and senior management.
• Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for executives.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records (both digital and physical).
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management or C-level executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Salary:
BHD
500 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
