JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
?Manage, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, and servers.
?Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Odoo, and user access controls.
?Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across departments.
?Monitor network performance, security, and connectivity.
?Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and VPNs.
?Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and endpoint protection.
?Oversee installation and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
?Implement new systems, upgrades, and integrations within the organization.
?Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data protection standards.
?Provide IT orientation and support to new employees.
?Conduct user training sessions on cybersecurity awareness and system use.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE?Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
?5–7 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
?Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Odoo, and Microsoft 365 environments.
?Experience with networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
?Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an advantage.
?Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
