About the Role
Four Leaf Contracting and Real Estate W.L.L. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost estimation, tendering, and financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and contract administration within the civil construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and supplier offers for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Manage and control project budgets and track expenditures against progress.
• Prepare and review progress payment applications and variation claims.
• Assist in contract negotiations and prepare documentation for client approvals.
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities executed.
• Support project management in financial planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, FIDIC contracts, and cost control methods.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, Candy).
Salary:
BHD
700 to 900
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
