Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails & correspondence professionally.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports.
- Support office staff and management with administrative tasks
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, TS in Secretariat or similar
- 2 to 3 years of Experience in secretary, administrative tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
