JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Egypt. They are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with a background in the Real Estate sector to join their team in Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating the preparation of project business plans and cash flows
• Developing annual and quarterly budgets
• Developing portfolio consolidation and rolling out tracking from a financial perspective
• Coordinating with development teams to progress/achieve the agreed Business Plan
• Preparing monthly sales and inventory reports, and identifying solutions for slow-moving products
• Identifying business opportunities after conducting feasibility studies
• Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of input assumptions and data used in feasibility studies, business plans, and budgets
• Ensuring product pricing and product costing is tracked accurately and shared with regional teams
Requirements:
PROFILE• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, with any Finance Analysis certificates an advantage
• 8 years’ experience in Business Analysis ideally within the Real Estate sector
• Strong background in real estate development valuations or analytical experience
• A history of working for large, multinational corporations
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
