Job summary

To facilitate achievement of optimum business results and to deliver distinctive culture based on proven values.

Manage day-to-day interactions with government authorities and ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.

Coordinate and process visa, residency, and work permit applications for local and expatriate employees.

Handle issuance, renewal, and cancellation of official company documents such as CR, MISA license, municipality license, chamber of commerce certificate, and national address.

Oversee the full process of company incorporation, including document preparation, submission to relevant authorities (MISA, MoCI, Chamber, etc.), and follow-ups until final approvals are received.

Manage post-incorporation tasks such as registration with ZATCA, GOSI, QIWA, MUQEEM, and other government platforms.

Ensure timely renewal of all company licenses and portals (e.g., CR, MISA, COC, Municipality, Civil Defense, QIWA, MUQEEM).

Administer GOSI activities including employee enrollment, deregistration, monthly contributions, and issue resolution.

Monitor and support the company’s Saudization strategy, including quota tracking, position classification, and reporting.

Liaise with platforms like QIWA and TAQAT to maintain compliance and update employee data.

Coordinate with PRO service providers and represent the company in key government meetings when required.

Maintain records of all government correspondence and ensure proper documentation of licenses, applications, and regulatory approvals.

Proactively monitor changes in government regulations and provide guidance to internal departments to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in government relations, particularly with government sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts within government agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of government processes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills / strong interpersonal skills (fluent in English).
