Lead Digital Payment Business Analyst

About the role

Purpose of the job
Manage digital payments reporting and analytics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct the ongoing business reporting and analytics activities for Orange Cash.
• Work closely with the internal teams for developing and extracting the needed reports and dashboards.
• Provide and establish new innovative and forecasting dashboards for identifying trends and opportunities for supporting the business.
• Engage with all Orange Cash business streams to provide ongoing analytics and support in driving business decisions.
• Translate complex datasets into strategic insights through visualizing results and providing recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing reporting to external stakeholders and regulators.
• Understand the market needs, articulate the business requirements and engage with relevant stakeholders; adding value to Orange Cash business management.

Job specification

Education

• Bachelor's degree from a well-recognized university in one of the following fields: Bachelor of Business, Engineering or Computer Science.

Experience

• 1-2 years' experience in business analytics; telecom background is a must.
• SQL, Tableau, advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
