JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Sales Representative, this person will manage the full dental portfolio across Egypt, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with dental professionals and institutions. This role reports to the Sales Manager and requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the dental industry.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets across the full dental portfolio in Egypt.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
* Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and deliver solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
* Collaborate with the sales manager to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:
A successful Sales Representative should have:* Bachelor's degree in Dentistry
* Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the dental sector (essential).
* Strong network and established relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors in Egypt.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within dental products/solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the wider sales team.
* Fluent in Arabic and English; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Flexibility to travel across Egypt.
