JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Digital experience ownership
- Map and manage all internal digital touchpoints (systems, portals, and tools) used by employees across departments.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive initiatives to simplify, modernize, and connect internal workflows.
- Apply product thinking to internal systems - treating employees as users and workflows as products.
Digital transformation & automation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that replace manual processes with automated, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
- Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to implement tools that enhance speed, transparency, and collaboration.
- Support platform consolidation, system integration, and adoption of modern technologies (AI, low-code, cloud-based solutions).
Discovery & delivery
- Conduct discovery sessions with departments to understand needs, pain points, and business priorities.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery - from concept to rollout - ensuring measurable impact and adoption.
Experience analytics & continuous improvement
- Define success metrics such as adoption rate, process completion time, and satisfaction scores.
- Monitor data and feedback to drive ongoing optimization of internal tools.
- Benchmark against best practices in digital workplace experience.
Cross-functional leadership
- Act as the bridge between business, product, and tech for all internal transformation projects.
- Ensure alignment with the overall digital strategy and organizational goals.
- Lead change management and communication efforts to ensure smooth adoption.
Skills
Educational background:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience.
Technical proficiency:
- Product management and process re-engineering mindset.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks and systems integration.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Analytical, data-driven, and user-focused approach.
- Technical familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, workflow automation tools).
