Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and processing product orders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, or handling complaints.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns by identifying the problem and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order details.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to address their needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer interaction and resolution.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working with customer management software and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center role.
  • Previous experience with product ordering, returns, and managing customer queries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
