We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Manager with strong expertise in oil & gas EPC projects. The role will be responsible for cost planning, budget control, expenditure monitoring, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with contractual and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
–Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project budgets and cost baselines in alignment with the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
–Establish and maintain a robust cost monitoring system to track all project expenditures (e.g., materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors) against the approved budget.
–Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
–Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project costs, including subcontractor and vendor costs.
–Supervise execution of contractual cost-related terms and conditions, ensuring compliance.
–Assess the financial impact of project changes, trends, and potential claims.
–Ensure all changes are properly documented, approved, and reflected in the updated budget and forecast
–Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost control objectives are achieved.
–Prepare regular cost control reports and present cost performance to senior management.
–Identify and quantify potential cost risks and opportunities, and Participate in risk review workshops

Requirements:
–Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
– A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in cost control, project controls, or commercial management
–Strong knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and forecasting in EPC environments.
–Proficient in cost control software and MS Office tools.
–In-depth knowledge of project controls principles (WBS, EVM, EAC), accounting, and oil & gas project lifecycles.
–Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide cost insights to management.
–Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
–Arabic language skills preferred.
