JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our hotel team in Kuwait. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance our guests' experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipes and customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management.
- Engage with guests to provide a friendly and enjoyable experience, taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle cash and payments accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor guests' behavior to prevent drunkenness and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the hotel staff to provide seamless service during events and regular operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.- Excellent knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Flexible schedule including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and hospitality.
