JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Maternal Fetal Medicine to join our leading healthcare team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide expert care for high-risk pregnancies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to advancing maternal and fetal health outcomes in our dynamic clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care and management for high-risk pregnancies, including prenatal diagnosis and fetal therapy.
- Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct thorough fetal assessments using advanced imaging techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the latest evidence-based guidelines.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancing the field of maternal fetal medicine.
- Educate and support patients and their families about maternal and fetal health issues.
- Lead training and mentoring programs for junior medical staff and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Medical degree with specialization in Maternal Fetal Medicine or equivalent.- Board certification or eligibility in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Proven experience managing complex high-risk pregnancies in a clinical setting.
- Strong proficiency in ultrasound and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and counsel patients.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and research.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
