Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? We are looking for a compassionate and committed elementary school counselor to join our team and support the foundational development of our students during their early school years.
Key responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate individual and group counseling sessions to support emotional and social development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for all students
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success
- Help students build essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution
- Identify and address behavioral or learning challenges early, and refer students to appropriate services when needed
- Develop and deliver proactive guidance lessons aligned with student needs and school goals
