JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of the Kuwait market, ensuring alignment with IHG brand standards and the hotel’s business objectives.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing the hotel’s annual marketing plan and campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms.
- Managing content creation, PR activities, advertising, and brand positioning to enhance visibility and reputation in the Kuwait market.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to support promotions, events, and partnerships that maximize revenue for rooms, F&B, banquets, and health club.
- Leveraging local knowledge and networks to identify strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyzing market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to shape campaigns that stand out.
- Monitoring ROI of marketing campaigns and preparing regular performance reports for management.
- Ensuring all communications, materials, and promotions adhere to IHG brand guidelines and standards.
- Managing relationships with media agencies, printers, and vendors for efficient and impactful execution.
- Coordinating marketing support for hotel events, festivals, and special occasions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be based in Kuwait with strong market knowledge and networks.- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sports Science, Fitness Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health club, spa, or fitness center operations, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of managing teams, memberships, and revenue-driven wellness programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of health, fitness, spa, and wellness trends.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Certification in fitness, lifeguarding, or first aid is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

Salary:
KWD
700 to 1,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
