Position Title: Pastry Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 450 KWD depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Jahra, Kuwait
About the Client:
One of the leading dessert and catering brands in Kuwait, specializing in artisanal sweets, premium chocolates, and date-based treats.
Requirements:
Job Description:? Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of all pastry items and dessert items while maintaining consistent quality and taste standards.
? Create new recipes and seasonal menus, manage ingredient inventory.
? Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
? Coordinate with the Head Chef and service teams to ensure timely production and smooth operation during service and special events.
Qualifications:
? Male, Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 45 years old and below
? Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Baking & Pastry, or Hospitality Management.
? Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pastry or within the F&B or hospitality industry; With proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Cold kitchen.
? With strong leadership, time management, and hygiene standards, with the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
