JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Join our dynamic hotel team in Kuwait as a Reservation Agent, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service by managing room bookings and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment, interacting with diverse clientele and contributing to the hotel's success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services to potential guests.
- Record guest details carefully and update the reservation system to ensure accuracy and seamless service delivery.
- Handle special requests and coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest requirements.
- Offer excellent customer service, resolve booking issues, and handle inquiries to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front desk and sales teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and follow data protection guidelines regarding guest information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a guest-focused approach.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic IT skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
