Urgent Opening: Spa Manager – 5 Star Hotel in Kuwait
We are hiring an experienced Spa Manager for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait.
Position: Spa Manager
Location: Kuwait
Gender Requirement: Female
Language: Arabic Speaker (mandatory)
Industry Background: Luxury Hotels / Resorts (Hospitality experience is a must)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure premium guest experiences.
• Manage spa team, scheduling, and training.
• Develop spa menu, promotions, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Drive revenue growth and maintain service excellence.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
• Presentable and professional personality.
