We are seeking a polished and attentive VIP Waitress to join our esteemed hotel team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our high-profile guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that aligns with our luxury standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort VIP guests to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on each dish and recommend selections based on guests' preferences.
- Take orders accurately and promptly, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages to VIP guests with impeccable timing and attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or requests swiftly and discreetly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of VIP dining areas at all times.
- Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance and conduct to represent our brand positively.
- Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and hotel events to engage guests effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, preferably serving VIP clientele.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate guests’ needs and deliver personalized service.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene and service standards.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A polite and respectful attitude, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
