JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from A to Z:
-Gather Data
-Get new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
-Present products to prospective clients (Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations in coordination with the management)
-Prepare quotations
-Testing products at the client
-Closing deals
-Training for staff and get trained from supplier
-Follow up on orders if delivered/Invoicing
-Follow up with clients (after sales, quality issues or shortness in any product) to maximize customer loyalty.
-Follow up with technicians and dismantling
• Remain in regular contact consistently with your clients to understand and meet their needs and to continuously upsell.
• Respond to requests and complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
• Gather data about competitors for the SWOT analysis.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and full data on the system within 24 hours of the agreement (history/full database of each client) on the company's software.
• Find alternatives/solutions
• Get the target
• Work on assigned sectors (Healthcare – doctors – institutions – Clinics etc.)
• Cover all lines of products (not being selective) even new products to introduce
• Schedule, route and all visits should be updated on the system on daily basis
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
