JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends.
- Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads.
- Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand, in Oman known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 5 years experience in artisan bread baking, with atleast 3 years in a supervisory or sous chef role
- Strong leadership and team management skills and must have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
Salary:
OMR
800
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
