JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in FMCG, DPH, or retail sales to join our dynamic team at a large pet-food company. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and building long-term relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities by evaluating customer needs and market trends.
• Actively seek out sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Gather and share client feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–4 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience preferably in FMCG, DPH, retail, or pet food sectors within the region.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Resilient under pressure and able to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Valid Oman driving license.
