Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced electronic and mechanical equipment at customer sites (airports, government buildings, and more)
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all field activities
• Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt resolution of technical issues
• Participate in product training and cross-functional projects to continuously expand your knowledge
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical teams to resolve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
• Manage repair parts and ensure all tools and test equipment are properly maintained
Requirements:
• Recent graduate with an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
• Customer-focused mindset and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to travel at short notice within Pakistan
