Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing, managing, and expanding client relationships within the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising space. This role requires a proactive sales professional with a strong understanding of media sales, strategic planning, and client service. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and deliver tailored advertising solutions that help clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and media buyers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client marketing goals and translate them into effective OOH advertising strategies.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs and market insights.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and campaign terms in alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client industries to inform sales strategies.

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

• Collaborate with operations, creative, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and provide clients with post-campaign analysis and reporting.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to campaign completion.

Strategic Input & Market Insight

• Provide feedback to management on client needs, product performance, and market opportunities.
• Contribute to sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales, preferably in Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital OOH (DOOH), or related advertising sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of OOH media formats, audience targeting, and campaign metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
