JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a well-reputed engineering consultancy firm based in the Middle East.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR System Analyst to be a part of our HR Team based in Doha, Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and optimization of HRIS platforms and providing data-driven insights through tools like Power BI. This role requires a strong understanding of GCC HR operations, proficiency in MS applications, and hands-on experience with HRIS systems. The individual will work closely with the Lead HR System Analyst to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, and management of HR systems and processes.
o Data analysis, creating dashboards, and automating reports in Power BI.
o HR system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
o Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
o HR system integration processes and data transfer protocols (e.g., APIs, file transfers).
o Reporting, analysis, and presentations using MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
o Querying and extracting data from HRIS systems using SQL.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.o 3-5 years of experience in an HR system analyst role or similar, with hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms.
o Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and related modules like Payroll, Time Management, Talent Management, Benefits, etc.
o Strong experience in Power BI for reporting, data visualization, and analysis.
o Experience with HR operations in the GCC region, including knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
o Strong communication skills to explain complex technical information to HR and non-technical stakeholders.
o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system-related issues.
o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units.
o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
