JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of critical business applications in addition to manage relationship with different business teams to provide all needed support to fix their issue with IT systems within SLA and work with all related IT teams to solve any system issue might impact business.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor in IT with strong background in application support and software development, with experience managing teams of technical professionals. Should be familiar with ITIL processes and have excellent stakeholder management skillsABOUT THE COMPANY
