Description
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the company's overall marketing vision and growth strategy across B2C and B2B2C channels. This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, growth, and consumer insights.
* Define and execute the full marketing strategy to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Lead a high-performing marketing team focused on storytelling, brand positioning, and performance optimization.
* Partner closely with the data and tech teams to translate insights into actionable marketing decisions - without owning their scope.
* Oversee brand and performance marketing, ensuring all activity ties back to measurable business outcomes (CLV, CAC, ROI, retention).
* Drive large-scale OOH, influencer, and organic growth initiatives across the GCC, with Saudi Arabia as a key market.
* Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Operations to create integrated growth loops and seamless customer journeys.
* Represent the voice of the customer and elevate brand perception through consistent, impactful communication.
* The role will be reporting to the CEO.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing leader - someone who blends analytical thinking with creativity and commercial insights to drive meaningful growth.* 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in fast-paced, digital-first, or app-based businesses.
* Proven success in scaling marketing performance and building strong consumer brands.
* Deep understanding of the GCC market, with hands-on experience in UAE or Saudi Arabia.
* Strong command of performance measurement and marketing effectiveness.
* Experience leading impactful OOH and influencer campaigns with clear ROI.
* Track record of developing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
* Passion for healthcare innovation and purpose-led brands.
