Government Affairs Manager - Saudi National

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Government Affairs Manager for their team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive external communications and PR strategies to promote company brand and reputation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and assess policy and regulatory developments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Act as a liaison between the company and government entities, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Support external engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team to ensure alignment of external communication and government affairs strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in public and government relations within the pharmaceutical industry in the KSA region. Experience in managing the Gulf market is a plus.
• Experience in managing external agencies.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
