JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Grating Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate and maintain grating machinery to produce high-quality fiberglass gratings, ensuring safety standards and production targets are met consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor grating machines to ensure efficient and safe production of fiberglass gratings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Follow company protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in fiberglass or related manufacturing industry.- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle production tasks.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
