JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Receiving inquiries from customers.
• Contacting the existing suppliers / finding new suppliers, and receiving the quotations.
• Preparing the offers and sending it to the customer.
• Receiving the order from Customer and placing the order with supplier.
• Coordinating the material deliveries.
• Preparing & Sending the invoice to the customers and following the payment.
• Ensuring the above process is registered in the register as per the process.
• Keeping the record of inquiries, offers, orders, invoices, etc.
• Properly filing the documents and maintaining the files.
• Reporting to Sr. Sales & Logistics Coordinator.
Requirements:
• Indian Or Filipino nationalities preferred• Open for Male and Females
• 2 Vacancies are available for this role
• Should have 5-7 years of work experience in the same field.
• College graduate.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook etc.)
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to commence employment within 30?days of receiving a formal job offer.
• Should be able to perform internet surfing perfectly for finding suppliers
