Regional Project Coordinator

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Regional Project Coordinator to be based in Riyadh .

This is a 1-year contract position.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and course schedules.
- Oversee transportation, setup and supplies of clinical materials and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Oversee participant registration, manage on-site operations and serve as the main point of contact during events across the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners, and local representatives to ensure alignment on content and delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and post-event evaluations.
- Salary up to SAR 12,000 per month .

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Events Management, Healthcare Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in event management, project management, or clinical education programs, preferably within the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in managing regional projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
