JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
•Identify, evaluate, and secure potential sites for telecom towers, rooftops, and in-building solutions.
•Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and local authorities for lease agreements and necessary approvals.
•Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company guidelines.
•Support legal teams in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing lease contracts and related documentation.
•Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines for site approvals.
•Maintain accurate records of site acquisition progress, lease documents, and approvals in project management systems.
•Assist in resolving landlord disputes, community issues, or regulatory objections to avoid project delays.
•Prepare regular reports on acquisition status and project updates for management and clients.
Requirements:
•2+ years of experience.•Track site acquisition milestones and escalate risks or delays to the Site Acquisition Manager.
•Formal qualification in related field.
•Liaise with design, construction, and engineering teams to ensure acquired sites meet technical requirements.
