Supply Chain Analyst

Overview

Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company that is hiring a supply chain analyst to be based in Tunisia.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for customers.
• Manage the supply chain including, but not limited to, product procurement, warehousing, distribution, asset efficiency, and customer services as well as continuously evaluating go-to-market models.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that product delivery and order information/documentation satisfy the customer's requirements.
• Manage the supply chain processes, working with and throughout all functions of the business.
• Prepare and present sales reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Only candidates currently based in Tunisia will be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supply chain experience within the healthcare industry.
• Credit letter experience is a must.
• Extensive experience in managing customer service operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
