JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Formation Administrator to join our corporate services team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with company incorporation processes across UAE Free Zones authorities and their portals, as well as knowledge of compliance requirements under UAE regulations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive corporate documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of company incorporation, license renewals, amendments, and closures across various UAE Free Zones authorities.
• Handle documentation through various government portals, for new/renewed trade licenses, visas, establishment cards, and other related corporate government documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, free zone regulations, and applicable corporate governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of company registers, licenses, and compliance timelines.
• Monitor and update management on regulatory changes affecting Free Zone businesses.
• Support internal processes and assist in implementing best practices to mitigate risks.
• Liaise with Free Zone authorities, government bodies, banks, and external auditors as required.
• Provide guidance to management and clients on incorporation and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
• Education: high school certificate;• Experience: At least 2 years of UAE experience in corporate services, company formation, or compliance.
Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of incorporation procedures in multiple Free Zones jurisdictions across different Emirates.
• Understanding of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and UAE regulations.
• Certifications: Compliance certifications are beneficial but not essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency working with various UAE government portals, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with corporate admin software/tools.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
