JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A well-established real estate and property management group in Dubai is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join its finance team. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury operations, and compliance, ensuring the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.
This position requires a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical abilities, a sound understanding of UAE accounting standards, and experience in real estate or property management sectors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.• Professional certification preferred (CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACT).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or treasury within the UAE real estate or property management sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Yardi preferred).
• Proficiency in cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent command of MS Excel and other financial tools.
• Solid understanding of Dubai tenancy laws, RERA regulations, and Ejari procedures.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a controlled environment.
Salary:
AED
22,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
