Description
* Lead the development and implementation of GIS strategies for construction projects.
* Develop and implement the entity's GIS strategy, aligning it with business goals, urban planning and infrastructure priorities.
* Drive innovation in geospatial solutions, introducing cutting-edge technologies, data visualisation and automation to enhance decision-making
* Provide strategic insights through spatial analytics to support executive decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate GIS solutions into ongoing projects.
* Oversee the design and maintenance of GIS databases and systems.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in GIS operations.
* Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation through GIS technologies.

Requirements:
A successful Associate Director - GIS should have:* A strong educational background in GIS, geography, or a related field.
* Proven expertise in GIS technologies and software applications.
* Experience in managing GIS projects within the construction or RE industry.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
