Kinetic has partnered with a leading holding company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
- Maintain good relationships with business partners, contacts, and potential clients.
- Perform market research and analysis.
- Stay updated with trends, news, and events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years business development experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising agency, or similar environment.
- Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities.
- Excellent understanding of advertising services.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
